Can I take a iPhone se screen and put it on another iPhone se?

So my girlfriend has a iPhone se and I do to, but mine is cracked. She just bought a new iPhone 7. So is there anyway I can take her screen off of her iPhone se and put it on mine?

Yep but make sure to keep the same home button that came with the phone or touch ID will not work.
