Bose Lifestyle V25 Home Theater System cause my tv to flicker.

Just recently i found out that the receiver from my Bose Lifestyle V25 Home Theater System cause my T.V. with bad signal and make it flicker and turn black from time to time. every time I need to close the TV to fix the problem. Does anyone have idea how to fix this.
