My laptop has a problem were when i plug it in the charging light comes on and then i turn it on. Then after like 10 seconds, a notifacation pops up and it says that the fan isn't working properly and that the laptop neds to shut off immediatly
How can I fix this?

You should first clean the fan from all dust. If that didn’t work you should replace it.

Hi,
What is the model number of the laptop, if it is not a Toshiba satellite P55W?
It appears as though the fan may be faulty or full of dust etc and either just needs to be cleaned or replaced.
Have you checked that the fan exhaust vent on the side of the laptop is clear of any dust or obstructions?
