alternative to DVI-I cable like DVI-D

i own a optiplex 760 usff it has a DVI-I port, I have used a DVI-D single link to hdmi converter and my optiplex hooked successfully up to a tv but my monitors only have DVI-D dual link ( single link works too) so im wondering if I could use a DVI-D to somehow work with the port is that possible?
