My phone charges in short flashes, like 1 second or less, can't charge

When I try to plug in my phone, (I’ve used the charger it came in plus like eight others), it charges for less than a second, stops charging, charges again, less than a second, stops charging. I’m really panicking here, because it’s already died, can someone help?
