You can get back glass replacements very cheap, they go for about $20 and are extremely easy to repair. Remove the adhesive around the phone. Don't be too easy on it since there are no ribbon cables around the side of the phone so you should be all set. Replace the old one and make sure you use good adhesive to secure the new back glass.
