That is liquid gone into the backlight diffuser film that is a layer that sits behind the display panel. You’ll need to get the screen replaced to fix this.

I would be worried that liquid may have gotten into the phone. You may want to open it up or take it to a reputable repair shop for internal inspection for liquid damage.

To be honest I thought it was pressure marks because the spot gets reduced everyday , and there's no way superglue can get into the screen. It also happened when I removed a screen protector when it was stuck on tight.

Pressure marks would be yellow bright marks on the screen or white circular pressure marks.

Well since you've mentioned super glue then that would most likely be in the backlight layer of the screen. Be careful when removing screen protectors, some are glued in very strong so take your time taking one off.
