Charge indicator blinking orange, will not power up

I'm having this problem and I heard something about a internal fuse could of have blown. Could be a cause?

There is a fuse on the power board that can cause this. You are putting this as an answer to someone else's question. Please ask your own question so that your problem can get the attention it deserves.

Options

A loose or defective battery can cause this symptom. Check the battery connector is securely installed onto the circuit board. This GUIDE may help
