Power Button Flex Cable Phone Model PB2-690Y

Hi. Does anyone know of any resources to find parts for phones? I have a Lenovo Phab2 Pro; it had an unfortunate accident and now needs a new power button flex cable. The phone model number is PB2-690Y. The part I need says Phinny SK FPCH201 JSD. I can only find it in countries that do not ship to the U. S. Thanks for any assistance that can be provided.

Note: I contacted Lenovo. They refused to assist. Wanted me to pay and send the phone in for repair. I refuse, because I can do it myself and I don't have THAT kind of money.
