How do I fix left behind old creases in the carpet from a bookshelf?

So basically I moved my bookshelves, since I’m rearranging my room, and they haven’t been moved since we’ve moved there (8-10 years) so there’s this little thing in the carpet and i was wondering if anyone had any techniques or solutions? That would be great thank you, here are some photos

Over time, it should go back to normal. Usually, I rub on the carpet and it should help unflatten the fibers.
