Speakers with distortion and a strange signal burst sound

I have a MacBook Pro 15 "Retina Mid 2014 and some time ago I realized that the speakers were popped, I made a change once and the problem happened again, I imagined that it could have been the quality of the speakers bought because they were used, so I bought a pair of new loudspeakers and a month after the assembly, the problem happened again, I imagine you have some DC voltage at the output of the audio card for the speakers, but I do not have the electronic circuit to diagnose the possible defect. graciously

Answer this question I have this problem too

There is no defect in the speakers. Depending on the signal being pumped in you can rupture the fragile membrane of the spear (cone) this is not unique to MacBook Pro’s any speaker can be damaged.

So how to prevent it? Review this How do speakers get blown? Why do they sound distorted?
