The document feeder is no longer working. Can this be repaired?

I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 8600. All functions work and the paper trays work. But I can no longer load multiple page documents for scanning or faxing. The document feeder isn’t pulling the pages through. Any ideas about how/where to repair this? Thanks

Use an eraser on the intake rollers to take any glass that may have formed on them
