Try to reset the satnav by pressing the reset button on the bottom of the unit, or hold the power switch to the left for 10 seconds.

Tinkering with custom skins can cause this error. try uninstalling the app from your PC and reinstalling/updating it then reconnect your device.

FWIW The Motorola Support forum has other similar posts. The fix seems to be to contact Customer care and they will replace the unit if in warranty
