Fix toaster overn door hinge?

Yesterday, the door on our Hamilton Beach 31230 Set & Forget Toaster Oven with Convection Cooking stopped working — it appears that the hinge has become disengaged from whatever mechanism exists inside the toaster wall. Hamilton Beach is of no help — they don’t sell replacement parts or have a repair manual. Does anyone here know how to fix this — what replacement part I’d need and how to open the case to get at the mechanism? Thanks!
