TCL model 32E9A troubleshoot no 12 volts
the 5 volts are ok but no 12 volts dc i cannot identify the problem pls help me

Hi,
Here’s a link to the service manual for the TV (I think)
To download the file when the sentence below the Document preview box changes from This file is downloadable free of charge: ...processing... to This file is downloadable free of charge: Download click on Download as this is the link.
Be patient it takes a little while to find the file.
Once you have the file scroll to p.25 to view the circuit for how the +12V and +24V are generated. IC3 is used to drive QW9 & QW10 to create the outputs
