Why is my printer saying paper jam

My brother mfc j6510 dw printer shows the error message “ paper jam front and rear" having checked meticulously there is not even the smallest piece in there. I suspect the rollers are not working but can't see why. Any ideas please?

You can easily remove the paper from the printer by using some basic guidelines, all you have to do is follow the steps given below.

1.       Whenever you get an broken paper as an output or it is stucked in the printer, you need to switch off the printer and let the machine cool for a while.

2.       Open the printer’s front panel and remove the toner from your printer.

3.       Now remove the printer header from your device, and remove the paper, if available inside the machine.

4.       Now you need to open the back panel, and remove the paper from their as well.

5.       Finally, you need to close the front panel, back panel and header.

I hope it will help you in fixing the brother printer paper jam error

Check the paper path sensors and verify that there is a little plastic lever that sticks up until paper pushes it down. These are fragile and the paper should be removed in the direction of printing when possible. The sensors are usually in the middle of the paper path at the entrance to the toner cartridge and at the exit.
