Battery not seen by computer

I just replaced the battery in my laptop using your kit and instructions. I thought everything went perfect but when I plugged in my computer I did not see the battery charge level in the upper dock of display. Downloaded battery health app and it says there is no battery connected. I know I followed the directions closely and replaced all the parts. Any suggestions.

The old battery was no longer holding a charge
