Brand new battery already failing?

Just bought a new MacBook Pro battery from iFixit the other day and it seems to be failing already. Last night the battery icon was red and was stuck at 100% and the battery itself held no charge. I calibrated the battery and then I left the MacBook on the charger overnight.

Today I checked on the MacBook and the problem still persisted. The battery would hold no charge and the charging percentage would still be frozen at 100%. Here’s a screenshot of the coconutBattery window

This is telling me that the battery is basically a dud & should be returned and replaced. Anybody else that can confirm this so I can start with the return process?

Thank you for the clarification Mayer! I was typing that question on the MacBook with the problematic battery and I accidentally yanked the power cord out of the MacBook causing it to shut down. I frankly didn't remember posting the original question, so feel free to delete this one at your will.
