What's the biggest Harddisk I can built in?

How big and fast may the biggest and fastest harddisk for this Macbook be?

These are different machines, the latter is a unibody type, the former is a A1181 type. You'll have to stay with a 9.5 mm drive, if your's is a 15", and the largest one of those I know of is a 750GB. Here are drives that will work for you: http://www.ifixit.com/Mac-Parts/MacBook-...

UPDATE
