You need to check the charging module, the charging port and the battery itself.

the same applies to V110-15ISK Laptop (Lenovo) - Type 80TL?
First thing I would do is try another charger, otherwise it'll be battery if you see the battery health wear level being over 40% which you can check with HWMonitor.
maybe your cable is broken and the you habe to buy a new cable or repair it
