Dropped MacBook power button keyboard trackpad not responding

Dropped Mac air 13 inch (1466)

keyboard and trackpad not responding

power button not responding

Cannot reset smc or pram

other than that seems to be running fine

fan seems to be running overtime though

charger still working

Update (02/14/2019)

Drilled open stripped screw. Detached and reattached trackpad cable. Good as new

never turn your computer over unless battery is screwed in :)

Sounds like you really need to reset NVRAM/SMC. As your keyboard/trackpad aren’t functioning you could try to connect an external keyboard.

I have never been able to zap the PRAM using an external keyboard.

See if you can get it to spontaneously reboot by disconnecting the battery from the logic board, also disconnect the mag-safe. Press and hold the power on button for 10 seconds. Reconnect the battery and mag-safe. It should reboot as soon as you do the you can better test the keyboard and trackpad.

This is what I’m hoping to do

The last remaining pentalobal screw on the cover is stripped and won’t come out

Too deep to use pliers

Tried opening it with a rubber band and tried superglue too

Waiting on a drill to remove it
