How Do You Remove The Front Power Panel?

Hello, I have a Power Mac G5, and it isn't producing any sound (Out of the Internal Speaker) I noticed that there appears to be a broken off speaker jack in the front panel board (With the power button, USB/FireWire Port, and LED) Does anyone know how to remove this part so I can attempt to repair it? All help/input would be appreciated.

Hard one. You have to rip out all the guts of the computer to gain access. That means everything down to the logic board. Then you'll have to lever the EMI shield of the front panel using a small screwdriver so you can unscrew the panel.

I have the Apple repair manual but can't post it here. If you need it send me a mail.

Ok, thanks. I don't feel like gutting it right now, so I'll try and fix it some other way. If I ever have some free time, I'll take a look.
