The camera on my MacBook doesn't work

The camera in my MacBook Pro Touch Bar 2017 stopped working after a few day warranty expired date. I didn't drop it and it doesn't have any physical damage. I did bring it to Apple Store and they charged me around $500 to replace the whole screen. Anyone has trouble like this?

I apologize but I could have sworn I just read something about the Touch Bar MacBooks having an issue with their cables not holding up due to wear. someone had a similar issue here’s a link: https://www.reddit.com/r/mac/comments/8e...

I tried everything like what he did but it still doesn't work. I don't understand what he meant "some update IT pushed remotely".
