when i put my star hub sim it asks for sim metwork unlock pin/puk… can u help to unlock it

Sim unlock pin / puk is a pin code set on the Sim card itself.
You can find that PUK pin on the little card / packaging that came with the Sim card that you pop it out from.
Otherwise you may need to contact the service provider of your Sim card to retrieve the PUK code or get a replacement Sim card.
That is not a lock on the phone but rather on the Sim card itself.
