Possible boot loop issue?

I recently busted the screen on my iPhone. No problem because I had someone give me the same phone few months back. The only thing was it wouldn’t turn on. But once you plugged it in, it would show the apple logo for a few seconds, then restart. Showing the same apple logo. So I just figured, motherboard issue. However, after swapping the screen on my known working motherboard, (following all instructions to do so here, of course) I then had the same issue. Any idea’s?

I would try disconnecting the front camera flex cable. Only connect the LCD and touch flex cables. I have had bad front camera flex cables cause boot loop/boot issues in the past. If all else fails, try another LCD as well just to rule everything out.

I tired it, and at first it actually looked like it was gonna work. It actually stayed powered on for a couple extra seconds. But that was about it. Tried a few other things too, including switching batteries. All to no avail unfortunately. I supposed all that's left is a new display assembly. Thank you for your reply. I will mark this as helpful.

Youre welcome. Hopefully it's the display and if that's the case the other iPhone 5c that you pulled the display from may work with another display as well.
