Vizio screen flickering and goes off

Vizio E55 OVL TV Screen went out. Replaced power board and both tcon boards. Powered on and TV works but the screen flickers. Also when I put the screws back in the tcon boards and tighten them down the screen shuts off again. Loosen them and it comes back on. Any suggestions?? Thanks

Also I've noticed that the hdmi ports do not work, only the AV and the TV cable port.
