Error 4013 while trying to restore iPhone 7 plus

Hello, I have an iPhone 7 plus that was unfortunately dropped and knocked down by a car, the phone, had a broken screen and front camera, while in the back camera the portrait mode wasn’t functioning anymore, but the phone was still working so i bought a screen replacement, and a back and front camera, after I replaced it, the phone initially started bootlooping, and, when I tried to restore it, iTunes gave me error 4013, and I noticed that the phone wasn’t bootlooping anymore and was directly booting into recovery mode, and when i try to restore iTunes gives me the same error, what could it be? Faulty replacement parts or dead motherboard?

Based on what this phone has been through, I would suspect a damaged logic board, specifically the Baseband circuitry. Error 4013 can be caused by a damaged Baseband PMU (Power Management Unit) and this can be verified by probing the output voltages it generates. If you don’t have the tools or experience doing board level troubleshooting, you should consider sending this to an experienced micro-soldering repair shop. Keep in mind that not all Baseband issues can be successfully repaired.
