Why my samsung j7 turn off but it has 40percent more?

My samsung j7 turns off when it is on 40 percent, and it doesnt charge until 30percent. But if i remove the battery and get it back it becomes 100 percent. Pls help

Bad battery. The cells inside the battery are misreporting their capacity.

If it's at a certain percentage, it pretty much has to be the battery. There could be something wrong with the charging circuit that's on the board itself, but I have never seen a board cause a problem at a specific percentage. Have you tried a third battery?
