Can I retrieve information from entourage on replaced hard drive?

So I decided to upgrade the hard drive on my wife's macbook pro. I took out the old drive and placed it in one of those cases, so it is an external drive now. I assumed (silly me) that I could access everything on her computer via this external drive because everything resides on the hard drive, right? However, I'm having a hard time locating the entourage mail files. I see some folders with the names of her two e-mail accounts, but they are empty.

Can someone please help! maybe I'm not looking in the right place. Where would the e-mails in entourage be located on the old hard drive?
