Cutting those two tabs off is not a good idea. The screws used are PH000. If you could provide some photos of the part you are stuck on, that would be helpful for determining your issue.

what will happen if i do? any screen damage? i used a phillip screw driver and no results its like its too tight

Ensure you use a PH000 driver, as you can strip the screws if you are not careful. The frame will not seat properly, and you can cause damage to the display.

If you’re talking about the side-frame screws that hold the LCD shield in place the can be snapped off carefully. Is it ideal? No, but it can be done. Or you can purchase another backplate and be done with it.

Did you strip the screws that hold the shield in place? If so, I did one time, and just dremeled the heads off the screws not hurting the shield, then replacing the screws. You don’t want to cut those tabs, but only if you are going to replace the shield.

make sure you have the right screw driver, and if you , try not to be afraid of giving it some more power. If it doesn't come loose, you may have to dremel the heads off the screws to remove the screws. Only issue is, you'll need replacement screws.
