Computer won't power up

My Macbook suddenly stopped working. No matter what I do or try it's won't power up, the only clues I have as to what might be wrong are:

Computer won't start with or without battery, with or without mains.

The LED on the magsafe connector lights green.

Battery fully charged.

RAM tested okay in another computer.

What could be at fault here? Is it any use to try replacing the magsafe board or do the symptoms point to a dead logic board?

Hi! I'd try a different AC adapter, and I'd try one memory slot at a time, just in case the problem is that one slot is bad. I would also try resetting the PMU if possible (hold down the power button for 10 seconds while connected to AC, and hopefully you'll hear a tone and the machine will come back to life).
