I cant get to the ps4 1tb fan

I cant get to my ps4 1tb fan I got the top off and the motherboard is directly over the fan where the fan is there are 2 rubber screws that I cant get off and a lot of tiny black and grey screws I looked for a guide but you dont have a guide for the ps4 1tb what screws do I need I have a tr9 screwdriver what other Screwdrivers do I need I jut want to clean the fan not replace it and how do I get grease off of the inside of the top I removed

Can I use ultra duster to clean off the fan and there is now dust were the thermal paste is

the grease is thermal paste its supposed to be there unless you want to add new paste, as for the fan you should be able to see it when the bottom is removed. use tweezers to pick out the fluff
