My Xbox console brick orange light and doesn’t turn on

My Xbox 360 power brick is orange when I press the power on button on the console it the light surrounding the power button turns red and the console doesn’t turn on.

red ring of death….If i remember correctly i believe is an video chip issue. There are many DIY repairs out there but none of them are really permanent solutions.
