Once powered on TV flickers

TV shut off suddenly then flickers with the TV led light in standby mode,only stop once its unplugged,never had issue before, I took the back off and one by one unplugged the connectors and powered it up, once I disconnected the top connector to the power supply as shown in imagine I hear the TV power up and the remote response and I can hear it but not picture,once that top connector is plugged in it does the flicker board looks fine but their seems to be a burn(smoke) behind the board any information will help.
