Need repair manual for stand mixer

I need a repair manual with diagrams so I can try to fix my Oster planetary stand mixer.

I have looked high and low but I can’t find one. Do you know ?

Model # FPSTSMPL1 OSTER planetary stand mixer. (not a hand mixer)

I have sent numerous texts to Oster and all I ever get is an automated "WE will reply as soon as possible". Oster is one super bad company and their products suck. I bought my stand mixer new at Walmart only 8 months ago and I've used it perhaps only 25-30 times before it broke. That comes down to 6 dollar per each time I used it. My own fault for buying anything made in China.

Hi @ramses2 ,

If you only bought it 8 months ago from new, it should be covered by the manufacturer’s 12 month warranty.

Try to get it repaired/replaced under warranty.
