My iMac is dead, won't turn on...

I was using my iMac, browsing and making some music. I turned it off (the back of the computer was very hot) the next day I tried to turn it on but it just won't turn on. No display and no sound, did every thing I could do except reseting the PRAM because my iMac come with a wireless keybord so I can't give any input to the iMac (Lost contact with the mac). I recon that the power supply is the problem.

Anyway, what IS the problem? And what should I do?

You need a keyboard. There are diagnostic lights to the left of the RAM slots, open it up and try to start it and let us know the status of the LEDs. Use this guide as a start to get into it: iMac Intel 21.5" EMC 2308 Power Supply Replacement

I checked it and no light from the LEDs. I am not sure if I am looking at the right place.

What should I do now?

If your machine is completely dead (nothing) check the wall plug first, replace the electrical cable, replace the power supply.
