I was wondering what is the black tape on top of the metal part of the battery cable, logic board and service cable. And why are they important cause my IPhone are missing them.

They are referred to, by Chinese suppliers, as “sponges”. They essentially serve to insure a solid contact between the connector and the bracket that holds them in place. They’re not required and lower cost replacement parts tend to exclude them.
