Why my Huawei y300-0100 screen has a problem.? I need your help!

  1. Please help me my huawei y300-0100 touches by itself i dont know if it is because of the screen or the screen protector but i removed the screen protector but it still happen! please i need your OPINIONS thanks…

Do you mean that there is an activity in the sreen even if you are not doing anything,e.g ghost movement?

There can be several reasons on why this happens.

  • Screen is wet
  • Screen has been pressd hard
  • the flex of the lcd needs to be fixed
  • broken lcd
  • Using it while chargin cna cause strain to the device in turn may cause this problem.
  • APPS are clogging your phone causeing it to go haywire

Resolution

  • Clean your screen
  • Try to do a soft touch to see if it will have the same issue.
  • power off and plug back in
  • wait until its fully charge before using it
  • worst comes to wors do fctory reset
