I have a broken clip on my Clip Sport Plus 16gb

The plastic back plate broke where the pin holds the spring. The spring and the pin are missing and the back clip plate is broken. Can I get the parts for repairing it? It is less then 5 months old and as far as I know has never been dropped. It just broke.
