Jbl Charge 4 Bluetooth Issues

Good day everyone,

I've bought a jbl charge 4 from walmart recently, that was my huge mistake cuz they dont let you check device inside the box but still, after i payed, i tried to connect speaker to the phone by Bluetooth, all connected immediately, everything was ok. But when i got back home, and switched it again, the Bluetooth button stopped responding so i cannot connect my other devices(player etc.)

1stly i thought that smth happend to Bluetooth itself, but it keep connecting to my phone cuz i paired it already, and it works okay.

Then i began to think that smth happend to Bluetooth button, cuz it was not responding for an hours, whenever i click it - nothing happens, Bluetooth pairing mode stays offline, but then suddenly after some hours i clicked it again to try and it begin to work properly, i tryied switching on and off speaker, everything was working okay.

But on the very next day it is not responding again, i tried resetting, charging battery fully, discharging battery fully, nothing helps, it keeps connecting to already paired devices, but pairing mode is not starting whenever i need it. The button can not respond for a few days then suddenly begin to work for an hour or smth as it should be and then again same situation.
