Ipad Air 2 Restore problem

I was trying to restore this ipad and it completed successfully but when it come to activation as the wifi antenna was broken so i tried to activate using itunes and it came up with this error.Ipad couldn’t be activated because activation information was invalid.I’ve tried restoring the ipad and update to the latest firmware.Any help?

Try using 3UTools to activate the iPad instead.
