Was it like that always or not?

if yes: Go to the shop where you bought it, if you still have warranty and ask for a replacement.

If no and you have no warranty: Might be a problem with either negatives exposed in a wrong way or your lens has some sort of yellowish plastic sheety thingy, I guess…

It’s only four things, that I can guess:

a) Negatives aren’t exposed in such way they should be;

or

b) Someone decided to make a joke and put yellow plastic sheet to your lens;

or

c) There is really a yellowish sheet somewhere in that mechanism that stands in the way of light rays and that’s not a joke (such things are used to isolate ribbon cable connectors in most of tech devices);

Hi, thank u for ur response. What do you mean negatives arent exposed in such way they should be? It's only the first time the results became like that, so i thought it's just because it is very bright outside but when we took pictures inside the mall, it still has the same results (posted here). Does it have any chance that it's maybe the film itself that has a problem?

If it is an issue with film (every cartridge contains negatives that get exposed in such way that you could get what you see), than with next cartridge shouldn't have the same problem. If that happens, then yes, it was a film issue.
