Motherboard has no brain 820-00164-A

Hey guys, I am trying to fix a Macbook air 11 inch motherboard.

Fan spin and green light but no image. All power rails are present and I replaced LCD connector and LED driver.

PCH signal present etc seems CPU dead even though the board will charge battery.

I spend quite a few hours already on this board :)

If you have any ideas or experienced to share.

I have also replaced the bios chip still no chime or image.

regards,

Sebastien
