Samsung Galaxy J7 pro - J730GM touch screen not working

Can anyone help me with my Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro SM - J730GM phone? The touch screen does not work after getting the update to Android version 8.1.0. last week. I tried to look everywhere to find the best solution for it. But it looked complicated and I don't want to brick my phone. I even tried to do the one from Samsung and that doesn't work. I also replaced my LCD screen like last 3 month ago. What should I do to able to fix it?

@brenda182 just to verify. The touchscreen stopped working immediately after you updated the Android software?

Yes. It didn't work after I update it last week. I have to use otg cable to connect mouse on my phone.

I have the same problem after i changed my touch screen and updated my Android to Oreo 8.1.

I tried all the steps and still it didnt work out

I do not think that the problem is in the update. it is possible that water got into the phone or you dropped the phone. You should ask some one with knowlege to open this phone and check inside.
