Only boots if I give it a lot of rest

All the sudden my macbook air refused to bootup.

But it boots up every 12 hours, it works for a minute or two then shuts down automatically.

The longer I don’t use it, the longer it works. If I don’t use it for a good day then it works for a minute.

P.S. No physical damage that I’m aware of and the charging light works sometimes and doesn’t work sometimes.

Any suggestions?
