LCD dies after little fall, works after reboot

I've got an iPhone 6 with a weird issue: after a (little) shock, the LCD turns grey. After rebooting it works just fine again. See the video. How can this happen and how can I fix it? Thanks in advance!

That looks like a damaged/defective screen. Try a known-good replacement screen to see if that solves the problem.

I did replace the screen, same issue. Battery has also been replaced

Then you have a logic board issue, probably the LCD driver. Get in contact with a shop that does micro-soldering repairs.
