Is there a way to delete / format the os and and replace it?

Hey.

So I bought the gear S3 from Doha Qatar, and I am using it now in India.

The problem is that, Samsung pay in the watch seems to be set UAE only. And so whenever I make a payment in India ,I get points that are in UAE dirhams. Even the vouchers seems to be set for UAE.

And so I wanted to know if there is a way I can change it? Or hard format the os.

P.S. I have tried resetting the watch and changing locations none of that seems to change the location for Samsung pay in the watch.

The Samsung pay in the phone is set for India so even that doesn't help.

Please help me find a solution.
