ram memory upgrade more than 2gb

DEARS, in my macbook 13" white MODEL A1181 i have installed a new HARD DISK SATA 5400 RPM 320 GB...it's possible to upgrade RAM MEMORY till 3GB or (better) 4GB (like..2GB PC25300 SODIMM 667MHz)???....or i can install "ONLY" 2G GB MEMORY ?? best regards ROBERTO

Core Duo processors have a limit of 2GB total, so unfortunately that's the max for your machine.

Apple says:

Memory 512MB of 667MHz DDR2 SDRAM (PC2-5300) on two SO-DIMMs, supports up to 2GB

So if you put more in either it wont boot or if it boots you'll only see/be able to use more than 2GB.
