No LED on Magsafe connector

This MacBook 13" Mid 2009 (A1181) was subject to liquid spill (water). The logic board appears to be ok, but when I plug in the MagSafe connection to the MacBook, I don't get any LED indicators on the MagSafe connector. The battery is showing good, with a full charge, and the sleep LED lights up briefly when I press the power button. Could it just be the DC in board that is damaged?

Check your MagSafe tip for power using a multimeter. The pinout is on the right in this Wiki: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MagSafe

Thanks for the info, but the adapter works fine on other machines, and I have tried other adapters on the machine.

Sounds like it's time to replace the MagSafe board and pray it works as the next thing is the logic board. Here's the part: MacBook MagSafe DC-In Board

Here's how to install it: MacBook Core 2 Duo Magsafe Board Replacement

It could also be the AC adapter you are using. I use a number of AC adapters and 1 of them has no light on when it's plugged in. Have you tried another AC adapter to see if the light comes on?

I've confirmed the AC adpater works... tried on several different computers and checked out fine. Swapped different power supplies, but no go on the LED on the MagSafe connector.
