Why my touch screen not working at the middle of the screen

Hi, I have a Redmi Mi Note 4X. Today I don't know what happen. Touch starts not working only at the middle portion of the screen. And I cannot open my phone as it is locked by pattern. Is there any solution to open & get into the main screen. Or can you please Assist me, if you have any service centre in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

First thing is to try restarting the device, have you done this step yet?

Yes. I restart my phone. Actually after restarting only it is asking for pattern (password). Before i can unlock the phone by fingerprint.

It is common to require the pattern only on restart for extra security. However since it is still not working you would need to open it up to look at it for a repair.

Do you have a screen protector on your phone by chance?
